Client Retention Program

 

As one of our PChecked ProfessionalsTM, you join a group of select professionals who regularly benefit from our unique method of client contact in our client retention program.  It is widely acknowledged that new client acquisition costs run approximately 3 to 5 times that of retaining current clients, and it’s clear that maintaining a hard-earned client base is a matter of economic survival.  Our client retention program accomplishes this for both our businesses by following these 8 steps:

 

1.  Day of Initial Contact

On the day of initial contact, our team mails an introductory letter that introduces ourselves and our unique focus on helping our clients by virtue of the close relationships established with you as one of our PChecked ProfessionalsTM.  We also direct them to this website as a resource for information, where they see our partner relationships highlighted as well.

 

2.  Day of Loan Application  

On the day of the initial loan consultation our team mails our client a “thank you" card to let them know that we appreciate their business and look forward to a smooth closing. Included with the thank you card are free coffee certificates and your professional business card.

 

3.  During Process

Our client receives at least 2 phone calls per week regarding the loan's progress & necessary documentation requirements.   If it is a home purchase, within a day of receiving the signed purchase agreement, our team mails your clients a “thank you” card to remind them that they are our most important priority and that we will take care of all the details.  Included with the thank you card are free movie passes and your professional business card.

 

4.  Day of Loan Approval

As soon as we receive final written loan approval, our team delivers a distinctive box of chocolates to the clients’ place of work or home.  Included is a “Congratulations Card” to let our clients know that they have full loan approval, remain very important to us, and that we appreciate their business and look forward to a smooth closing. Of course, your business cards are included.

 

5.  At Closing 

At closing, a thank you note is sent to let our clients know we appreciate their business and hope that we can be of continued service to them, their friends and family.  Our team also delivers an exclusive item that will remind them of our teamwork for a full year afterward - the Compliments Card.  Co-branded with your name and company logo along with Czech Mortgage, it will stimulate referrals throughout the year as the client uses the card at only the finest establishments for discounts on meals and services.  Each time the client presents the card they will be reminded of their experience working with us and relay those thoughts to their friends and colleagues as they inquire about the card.  The Compliments Card is the only proven vehicle to create a business by referral model without direct participation and Czech Mortgage is pleased to be offering it.

Additionally, just after closing, a copy of the client's appraisal and HUD-1 Settlement Statement will be sent to the client.  The client's Tax Professional will receive a copy of the HUD-1 for that year's tax preparation purposes in January of the following year.

 

6.  Every Week

Our clients receive a copy of our e-mail newsletter "Weekly" focusing on the review of last week's economic activity and next week's forecast, both in mortgage bonds and the overall economy (Click Here to see a sample of our weekly e-mail newsletter).

 

7.  Early Every Month

Our clients also receive an e-mailed monthly newsletter "Views You Can Use" which focuses on seasonal items of interest with a financial focus as well (Click Here to see a sample of our monthly e-mail newsletter).

 

8.  First Day of Every Other Month

Client receives an e-mailed rate watch report, detailing how much monthly savings they would receive if they refinanced at today’s current rates.  To see a copy of a rate watch report:
